CFRP Sheet (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer Sheet) is a high-performance composite material made by reinforcing a polymer matrix (usually epoxy) with carbon fibers. These sheets are known for their exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, rigidity, and corrosion resistance, making them ideal for a wide range of structural and functional applications.
The carbon fiber sheets are all made by hot-pressing process. The compactness, strength and pressure resistance of the sheets have reached the level of military products, completely avoiding the quality problems of product deformation, delamination and bulging.
This carbon fiber sheets is 100% carbon fiber imported material from Japan and Taiwan, The material is T300, T700.
The surface can make in Glossy or Matte surface, The weave can make in Twill or Plain Weave. Mainly use in multicopter, helicopter and rc airplanes, etc.
